1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before the item has been shipped — whichever is earlier.
  • To cancel, please email us at support@silzon.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • If your cancellation is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Cancellation After Shipping

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy to return the product after receiving it.

3. Non-Cancellable Items

  • Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
  • Products bought during special sales or with discount codes may be non-cancellable — please check individual product pages.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:
    • Product out of stock
    • Payment failure
    • Incorrect pricing or listing errors
