Cancellation Policy

At SILZON by VJS Jewels, we understand that plans may change. This Cancellation Policy outlines how and when you can cancel an order placed on Silzon.com.
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before the item has been shipped — whichever is earlier.
To cancel, please email us at support@silzon.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
If your cancellation is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Cancellation After Shipping
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy to return the product after receiving it.
3. Non-Cancellable Items
Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
Products bought during special sales or with discount codes may be non-cancellable — please check individual product pages.
4. Cancellation by SILZON
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:
Product out of stock
Payment failure
Incorrect pricing or listing errors
In such cases, you will be notified via email or phone, and a full refund will be issued.
