At SILZON by VJS Jewels, we are committed to offering premium silver jewellery. Due to the exclusive craftsmanship and nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

1. No Returns or Refunds

  • All products sold are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • No returns will be accepted for reasons including change of mind, wrong selection, incorrect size, or anything else.

  • Customized, engraved, or personalized jewellery is also not eligible for return.

2. Quality Assurance

Each piece is meticulously handcrafted and goes through a strict quality check before dispatch. We encourage customers to review product details thoroughly prior to purchase to avoid any issues post-delivery.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@silzon.com with your order number and clear images of the issue. If approved, a replacement will be arranged at our discretion.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement if they have not been processed for shipping. Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
